Formerly Five Star® Grout 501

Cement Based non-shrink, non-metallic grout offering high early & ultimate strengths.

  • One product for multiple applications - can be used for gap thicknesses of 12 to 150mm
  • Zero shrinkage in plastic or hardened state
  • High early & ultimate compressive strengths (80MPa)
  • 45 minute working time
  • Suitable for dry pack, flowable, or pumping applications, as well as marine applications
  • Meets performance requirements of EN 1504-3 (Class R4) and EN 1504-6

  • Can be poured, pumped, wet set, or dry packed
  • Easily pumped long distances
  • Permanent support for machinery and high-performance construction applications
  • Grouting of anchors, dowels, wind turbines, tanks, vessels
  • Exhibits positive expansion per ASTM C 827 and meets performance requirements of EN1504-3 (Class R4) and EN 1504-06, as well as ASTM C 1107-02 Grades A, B and C, ASTM C 1107-20, and CRD-C 621-93 over a wide temperature range, 4°C - 35°C.

  • Contains migrating corrosion inhibitors for superior corrosion resistance
