Five Star Grout
A cement-based, non-shrink, non-metallic grout offering high early & ultimate strengths for supporting machinery and equipment. Five Star Grout is formulated with air release technology that combines high performance with the greatest reliability.
Advantages:
- 45 minute working time
- One product for multiple applications – can be used for gap thicknesses of 12 to 150mm.
- Zero shrinkage in plastic or hardened state.
- High early & ultimate compressive strengths (80MPa)

Five Star Fluid Grout 100
Five Star® Fluid Grout 100 is a cement-based, nonmetallic, non-shrink fluid grout for supporting machinery and equipment.
Advantages:
- Zero shrinkage in plastic or hardened state.
- Highest fluidity allows easy pumping for fastest installation under large baseplates, or over long distances.
- 70MPa Compressive Strength at plastic consistency.
- Meets performance requirements of EN 1504-3 (Class R4) and EN 1504-6
Five Star Repair Concrete
Five Star ® Repair Concrete is a normal setting, one component, enhanced hydraulic cement concrete repair material used for pourable and pumpable repairs of concrete structures.
Advantages:
- Provides increased corrosion protection of steel reinforced structures with migrating corrosion inhibitor technology and very low chloride ion permeability.
- Meets the performance requirements of EN 1504-3 (Class R4).
- Large volume repairs
- 60 minute working time
Five Star Structural Concrete
Five Star Structural Concrete® is a high early strength, single component, permanent concrete repair material. Containing migrating corrosion inhibitors, it produces a repair which is dimensionally stable, develops an integral bond to existing concrete, and restores structural integrity within hours of placement.

- Single component for reliability and ease of use
- Very low chloride ion permeability
- Fast turnaround times with high 3-hour strengths
- High bond strength
- Moisture sensitive coatings can be applied in 4 – 24 hours
- Very low shrinkage
- Excellent freeze/thaw resistance
- Application thickness 12 mm – 160 mm (300 mm with aggregate extension)
